There’s a party every Friday of the month in a different town on Maui and everyone is invited! The first Friday of every month the party is in Wailuku on old town Market Street. The second Friday is on Lahaina’s popular Front Street. On the third Friday head upcountry to Makawao’s Baldwin Avenue. Fourth Fridays head to Azeka Shopping Center also known as the “heart and soul” of Kihei. Venture to Lanai’s Dole Park for the 5th Friday of month with a special late ferry running from Maui to Lanai! Each party showcases the unique character of the town. Enjoy a Friday with live entertainment, great food and local vendors.
The town parties may select a theme for their Friday night extravaganza. Lahaina has been known to have a few Fridays which pay homage to classic cars while Wailuku goes off with an occasional over the top fashion show. Upcountry Makowao is “paniolo country” (paniolo means Hawaiian cowboy) so here you will find a theme reflective of “cowboy culture.”
The parties start at 6pm and go to 9pm so round up the family for a great time of entertainment, food and local crafts!
